At Horvane Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every order is carefully checked before dispatch, but if your watch arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The watch is received damaged or defective.
• You received the wrong product or variant.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The product is unused and remains in its original condition and packaging.

To be eligible, the watch must be returned with:

• Original packaging and box
• Tags, if applicable
• All included accessories
• Proof of purchase/order details

Products that show signs of wear, scratches, damage caused by the customer, or alteration may not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Change of Mind

We currently do not accept returns simply because you changed your mind, selected the wrong style, or no longer want the product after receiving it.

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

For verification, you may be asked to provide:

• Your order number
• Photos of the watch and packaging
• A clear video showing the issue, where applicable

Our team will review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

4. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, Horvane Watches will arrange an exchange for the correct item, subject to availability.

5. Exchange Process

If your exchange request is approved:

1. Contact us with your order number and reason for exchange.
2. Provide photos/videos if requested.
3. Our team will confirm whether your request qualifies.
4. You will receive instructions for returning the product.
5. Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the replacement will be processed.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or another suitable resolution.

6. Return Shipping

If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Horvane Watches will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

For other situations, where a return is approved at our discretion, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Please do not send a product back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

7. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds may be issued through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method, depending on the payment method used for the order.

Shipping charges, where applicable, may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect attributable to Horvane Watches.

8. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges may not be accepted for products that:

• Have been worn or used beyond reasonable inspection.
• Have scratches, dents, stains, or other customer-caused damage.
• Have been modified, resized, or tampered with.
• Are missing their original packaging or included accessories.
• Are returned after the applicable return period.
• Have been damaged due to improper use, accident, or negligence.

9. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
